The Matters of the Heart!

Sermon Scripture: Proverbs 4:20-23 NIV

Point #1: Protect what is valuable

Scripture: Proverbs 4:23, NIV, says, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it”

Point #2: With sincerity request a change

Scripture: Psalms 51:10-12, NIV, says, “10 Create in me a pure heart, O God; and renew a steadfast spirit within me. 11 Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy spirit from me. 12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.”

Point #3: Restoration is Yours!

Scripture: Ezekial 36:26, NIV, says, “26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”
