Sermon Scripture: 2 Kings 6:8-17 KJV
POINT 1: Look through the eyes of faith and let God show you,
His resources.
Scripture: Hebrews 11:6 (KJV) says, “But without faith, it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
Point #2: When facing difficulties that seem too great, God has resources that are there even if you can’t see them.
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 10:13 (KJV) says, “13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a
way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”
Point #3: Faith reveals that God is doing more for His people than we can even realize through sight alone.
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 2:9, (KJV) says, “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”
