Psalm 51:10-14
David showed us how to come before God in whatever situation we're in in our life.
There are 3 points to consider as we prepare to celebrate another year.
Point #1: We must recognize our sin.
Psalms 32:5 KJV- "I acknowledge my sin unto thee, And mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; And thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah."
Point #2: We must repent from our past transgressions.
Actis 3:19 KJV, "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
Point #3: Get cleaned up so you can help other?
Psalms 51:10-13 KJV - "Create in me a clean heart, O God; And renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; And take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; And uphold me with thy free spirit. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; And sinners shall be converted unto thee."
